We are licensed and insured inspectors registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration with extensive experience and knowledge. Our goal is to not only ensure your home is safe and secure but to also give you, the buyer, a full understanding of your home and the maintenance required for it to keep it in mint condition. We at Integrated Inspections AZ strive to keep you safe and happy and make the inspections process seamless.
We offer residential pre-listing inspections or during the escrow inspection period. After scheduling, your inspector will identify the quality of foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, interior and additional exterior elements. The end of the inspection is when a walk through of the property will take place with the inspector, buyers and real estate agent. This is the time to learn about the home conditions, ask questions and receive a general overview of the inspection. The inspector will then complete a thorough report including photos, maintenance advice and more to be sent to the buyer and agent. We inspect all residences including homes, apartments, condos, multi-family homes, etc.
Commercial property inspections are available as well! Our process for this is the same as our requirements within residential inspections. After scheduling, the inspector will review all elements needed to ensure the commercial property is safe, secure and ready for business. A general overview of findings, concerns and information will be given in the walk through and an entire, detailed inspection report with photos will be provided.
At Integrated Inspections, we have a photo and video team ready for you as well! Whether it is something you want to add into your pre-listing inspection to prepare for property listing or if this is a service you need down the road, let us know. We offer interior and exterior photography as well as full video walk through and drone footage.
While we do often have buyers and agents present at the walk through to end the inspection, we are adapting in the time of Covid-19. If you would like to be present, you are welcome to and we will maintain social distancing while having all parties wear masks. We also offer virtual walkthroughs using a gimbal stabilizer for smooth and steady virtual tours of the home.
